Current Classes

Please see below for details of the current classes I am offering.

Qigong, Pranayama, Meditation, Wellbeing

A relaxing and balancing class tailored for beginners.

The combination of held postures, gentle movement and relaxing pranayama exercises will leave you feeling calm and yet energised.

Classes begin with a gentle stretch to relax and loosed the body and end with a meditation.

Please bring a cushion for seated meditation and blanket or yoga mat for relaxation exercises.

Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, Meditation, Wellbeing

A class for beginners who wish to learn a more complex sequence of movements and an authentic form of traditional Tai Chi Chuan.

The practice of Tai Chi Chuan takes time to learn, however, the reward is more than worth the investment.

The Cheng Ming system of Grandmaster Wang Shu Chin also involves standing qigong postures, push hands and martial arts applications.
