WHAT I OFFER
I am offering regular group classes in Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan in South Devon and tailor-made wellbeing sessions for individuals or small groups.
For beginners, I am offering 'Dragon and Tiger Qigong', a relatively simple form to learn, comprising of seven movements paired on the left and right sides of the body. This form will be taught as a short 'course' over a period of 4 weeks. Despite being relatively easy to learn, it offers numerous health benefits. For some, this form will be enough and will serve as a valuable asset to any regular health practice.
Tuesdays, 7.00-8.30pm at Totnes Natural Health Centre, TQ9 5DW.
£40 for the 4-week course.

Tai Chi Chuan Classes
For those with prior experience, or those who learn 'Dragon and Tiger Qigong' and want to continue to deepen their practice, I will be teaching the 99 movement Tai Chi Chuan form of the Cheng Ming System. Alongside Tai Chi Chuan, I will also teach Qigong (Zhan Zhuang) and push hands, which are also integral parts of the system. The 99 movement form takes approximately one year to learn and is taught by learning a small section of the form each class. The first 14 movements act as a basis of the form and take approximately 3 months to learn. Although progress is slow, the benefits of learning the form in this manner should not be underestimated.

Tailor-made Wellbeing Sessions
Alongside regular group classes in Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan, I am also offering tailor-made classes for individuals or small groups. Depending on the desired aim, whether it be more of a 'physical workout', a 'relaxing meditative practice', or a combination of both, I use my knowledge gained through over 25 years of practice in martial arts and meditative practice, to provide a tailor-made combination of physical movements coupled with meditative exercises, to achieve the desired aim - an improvement in one's holistic health and well-being.
